So right now I'm facing kind of an issue. I really, REALLY hate how much sound I hear from my street in my room. I'm on the third floor too. But I can hear so, so much from people walking, talking, cars, etc. And it drives me crazy. I'm guessing I need to somehow soundproof my windows better there doesn't seem to be too much I can do since I'm renting and I ain't shelling out hundreds on some window inserts and stuff.
Very annoying issue though. Gonna try a couple things and see how much it affects the issue.

Whelp it looks like the the 5% miss chance won in the end.
