You may know in your mind that you don't want re-posts, but if your rules don't clearly and definitively state that in the "about", "rule" and "community info" sections then people are going to go ahead and do the things you don't want them to do like re-post. Then when you take content down or ban Redditors for an invisible and arbitrary rule, it is very disconcerting.
