Since itโs the end of the week and already Friday I didnโt want to wait any longer โฆso here is week 16 of the plank challenge! Some stubborn determination seems to be helping me along. ๐ Excited that the weeks are still rolling and maybe the new year will provide a motivational date to recruit some new plank challenge supporters!
