

hey! I know many of you have probably realized I haven’t been posting as often. to be honest, my mental health isn’t in a great place right now. I plan on posting more, and I’m excited to make new content soon (I have some really fun projects coming up this month that I’m super excited for), but I did need a bit of a break. in the future I plan on taking breaks more often than before, which mostly just means ~sometimes I will be replying slower to messages (don’t worry, not really anything past 24-48 hours). since I am self-employed I work every day. every single day. I don’t even wanna tell you this because I am so embarrassed by it, but ever since I’ve had my onlyfans I’ve really only taken about three full days off. I have a really unhealthy relationship with work, and with my mental health not doing well right now, I realize that I need to actually start taking days off. I will still be aiming to post every day, or several times a day when I miss some days here and there, but I do need to take care of myself. and don’t worry too much, I have a great therapist and doctors helping me through everything! therapy is great and it helps me a lot, I’ve had depression for most of my life that I can remember and have been dealing with it ever since I got old enough to advocate for myself. thank you for caring and I hope you have a great rest of your week.
