I felt ashamed, thinking that showing my body in any way made me worthless. I never thought my body was bad or wrong, but the church convinced me otherwise. Since then, I have found that revealing my body brings me joy, it helps me feel confident. I love to share how I look and that’s not a shameful thing to do. This is my body, and I make the rules over it. Everyone is different, but we should let others do what empowers them.
