Well I've been out of the gym for 2 weeks now. No longer sic..

Well I've been out of the gym for 2 weeks now. No longer sick, but considering taking more time off to allow my shoulders to fully heal. I injured them over a year ago and I never allowed them to fully heal, hence why I haven't been able to bench 405lbs all year long, strengths there but the pain prevents it. possible tear in both , need to go to the doctor to confirm. Left knee is still not right, checkup on monday to find out what the doctor thinks. Most likely going to take off the rest of the month, putting me at 6 weeks off, which will be the longest I've went without lifting in a very long time 8+ years. Even during covid I was doing stuff at home, kinda depressing honestly. What ever though, I'll be back.
