Started with 5 sets of standing calve raises 5 sets of leg extensions with the last set a drop set 5 sets of overhead leg press ( feet close and pointed out to focus of quads. 5 sets of seated calve presses 5 sets of squats on a smith with feet close together 2 sets on abductor machine focusing on inner thighs 2 sets of 4 step calve raises (25 reps per step)
