Added 2022-05-05 21:11:55 +0000 UTCA few people noticed the bandage on my knee. The other day I was walking my dogs and decided to run a little bit to exercise them. Normally I would do this with Anbu who loves to run with me. Boichi the corgi puppy (4 months now!) hadn’t gone on a run with me like this before. He is my first dog that’s a “herding” breed and what that means is that unlike Anbu who likes to run in a straight line, Boichi runs around me to herd. Not realising this situation he ran across and under my legs making me fall on the hard pavement. Although my knee is pretty cut up, the real injury is in my left hip, which doctors think has become bruised internally from the fall. I’ve been told to rest up for about a week, no exercise, and elevate my legs as well as taking anti-inflammatory. Hopefully everything heals up and I’ll be back to normal by Monday! If not I’ll have to go back for X-rays 😣 I’ll be trying to make content still, but posing might be a bit difficult in certain positions.
